PriceLine Indicator Documentation?

Hello,

I am trying to learn all of the indicators listed in the "Indicators" folder of the NinjaScript editor of NinjaTrader 8 v. 8.0.16.3 by reading the NinjaTrader 8 help guide.

I noticed that the only indicator without a documentation page in the NinjaTrader 8 help guide is the "PriceLine" indicator, which was added back in v. 8.0.14.2.

When I google "PriceLine NinjaTrader 8", there seems to be a third party vendor that also has a "PriceLine" indicator, but I don't want to assume that these two indicators are the same.

Where can I read about this indicator?

Here are my specific questions:

1. Is the "PriceLine" indicator in the NinjaScript Editor's "Indicators" folder the same indicator as that listed at https://www.xabcdtrading.com/members...ninjatrader-8/ ? I was trying to avoid linking to an external website in my initial post so that people wouldn't think I was a spammer, but I decided to include the link in this post to help you answer my question. I am not affiliated with that company in any way, FYI.

2. Could you please create a task for someone at NinjaTrader to add documentation for the "PriceLine" indicator in the NinjaTrader help guide? It is the only indicator in NinjaScript Editor's "Indicators" folder that doesn't have its own help guide page.

I don't believe the NT PriceLine indicator is the same one as in your link.

I have submitted this to the development team and will let you know when I have more information and a tracking number.

It was reported back to me that this was purposefully not included in the NS section of the Help Guide because it has no useful references.

If you would like to access bid, ask, or last prices, there are ways to go about doing that. If you want to learn about each indicator available in the platform, it is recommended that you use the ‘I’ description button in the indicators list.
