Multiple Limit Orders

I'm having an issue with a strategy I built out in Strategy Builder where I have two limit order placed at tick intervals below average position price. When the orders are filled, Ninjatrader is creating a second limit order for each. I end up with 5 contracts when I want 3 to be my limit.

If I set entry handling to all entries and entries per direction to 3 it will fill correctly the first time the orders are filled but when I hit my profit target it will place 3 market orders on my first order along with the two trailing limit orders. When the limit orders are hit they do not create duplicate orders. If I set entry handling to unique and entries per direction to 1 it will pick up one contract on the first order but then when it hits the limit orders it creates a second limit order with the same criteria. It only does this once for each but I end up with the potential for 5 contracts in either scenario.

Any help on what I'm doing wrong here would be greatly appreciated.
