About hidden orders from Ninja to IB

Hello sergey_z,
Thanks for opening the thread.
This approach is certainly possible, but is not offered as an out-of-box option. The strategy would need to be able to submit multiple orders for the same price to cover the full quantity of the desired submission. You could for example, implement a timer in your strategy and use that to timer to submit your orders in a split fashion after you get your entry signal in OnBarUpdate.
As each submission could be considered a new entry, I would recommend using the different Singal Names for each split entry if you are using the Managed Approach and treat each split entry as having a different target/stop.
An example for using a timer in a script can be found here - https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...to_output_.htm

Hello eziv4,
Order Entry windows can have the account changed on the Account Selector and orders associated with that Account/Instrument will be hidden. Other than that, there is not a way to customize if a specific order should be hidden from the Order Entry window.

Hello eziv4,
Thanks for clarifying.
Simulated Buy Stop Limit Orders can be submitted from Chart Trader if the Stop Limit order's limit price is offset where it is below the stop price.
Simulated Stop orders can be submitted if Chart Trader's Simulated Order option is selected. This can be set when right clicking in Chart Trader.
The simulated order will keep the order on your PC. Simulated Stops can also be set in ATM strategies when setting up a Stop Strategy

Hi Jim,
I've search for a way to set the Unmanaged stop loss and Unmanaged ChangeOrder() stop loss orders as simulated orders for my Auto Exit on Manually Entered Orders.
I've checked the following NT8 Documentation:
https://ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt8/index.html?simulated_stop_orders.htm#SimulatedStop Examples
https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...tsub=simulated
There is a isSimulatedStop parrameter for setparabolicstop and setstoploss and settrailstop methods.
Is there a way to use simulated orders/isSimulatedStop methods with the SubmitOrderUnmanaged() method?
If not directly, how could we achieve the same otherwise?

Hello Cormick,
Aside from the IsSimulated parameter of SetStopLoss, SetParabolicStop and SetTrailStop, there is no other means to submit simulated orders through NinjaScript.
That said, you can achieve the same result by checking if the current market prices meets or passes an intended price level, and you can submit a market order to close the position.JimNinjaTrader Customer Service
