    Thank you for your post.

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please include the link to this forum thread and "Attn ChrisL" in the body of the email.

      ya wanna see the log and trace files for everything geez.....what does it mean you didnt even say what could cause this error

        Thanks for your reply.

        This exception could be caused by any one of the indicators/strategies that are running in your workspace. The trace files will show us which specific indicator is faulting.

            Thank you for your reply.

            If you open up your trace, search for "unhandled exception" that should bring up further details of what faulted. If not, We will need to look into the item that are running in your workspace. When you send an email through Help>Email support, you can expand "Other files" and check "Workspace and UI settings" so I can try to find the problem.
