Strategies out of sync

I have a couple of strategies getting out of sync in the strategies tab, Control Center.

They are two different strategies on the same instrument, and the same timeframe. They both have "Wait until flat" selected. It seems like the orders submitted gets in conflict with each other. I have not done any manual placement of orders (or editing).

As I understand it, it means that the strategy positions and the account positions do not match. It should be a problem with using several strategies on the same instrument, right? Or am I wrong with that?

Yes, the strategy position is separate from any other strategy, is also separate from the account position, and is not affected by orders that are not made by that instance of the strategy.

If you have two strategies placing orders to the same instrument and same account, these will both affect the account position, and will cause the strategy positions to not be in sync with the account positions.

You will need two separate accounts if you would like to have separate account positions to run each strategy to.

Hello solversen,

NinjaTrader does not support hedging.

The account vs strategy position is not affected by hedging.
