Looking quickly at the code I would suggest that you can recreate this using the Strategy Builder which was designed for non programmers to create strategies. This strategy would be a good one to begin with. Alternately, if no one provides a conversion and you do not want to create this yourself, an option would be to hire a 3rd party programmer and is requested we can provide a link to those service providers.
