    The thing I would check is to make sure you don't have any backup software like OneDrive that is backing up your NinjaTrader 8 folder in your Documents on either machine - backup software can cause templates not to save properly or at all.

    If it's working now I wouldn't mess with it - but let us know if you start experiencing that again, as I'd like if we could check your log and trace files when it does occur to see if NinjaTrader logs any errors in relation to saving the template.

    NinjaTrader_Kate OneDrive has messed with somethingon my machine so that not using OneDrive which I turned off - prevents NT8 from installing as a clean version.

    PC was having unexplained issues and crashing. So I uninstalled NT8, re-imaged my machine, killed OneDrive and attempted a clean install of NT8. It fails each time telling me that it is looking for the cloud directory. PLEASE HELP, I have been at this for a week.

    I even tried backing up a version of NT8 from my other machine to doa backup install. BUT since NT8 is not installed it did not work.

    I do assume this is realy Microsoft's issue BUT I cannot find a resolution and nT8 is the only application having the issue.

      When you removed OneDrive, did you map your documents folder to the C: Drive?

      I have included a link outlining how to remap your Documents folder below.Can you confirm if the documents folder is mapped to the C: drive?
