Sample ATM strategy.

Hi,

the Sample ATM strategy(one default sample in NT8) doesn't work when I run it on playback.

Please take a look at the video, it doesn't seem to take position even though in other tab my strategy is working.

The video shows an AtmStrat... becoming active, exit orders being placed, and the position is changing.

Can you clarify the issue you are having?

it seems to be not taking any position, it should display entering point something like 1st attachment.

Hello bosajin,

Yes, a buy limit order when filled will enter a long position if the position is flat when the order is submitted.

If there are orders being placed, then the position is changing. Are you looking at the Positions tab of the Control Center after new orders appear and there are no Positions showing on the Positions tab of the Control Center?

Do you have any filters checked in the right-click menu from the Positions tab of the Control Center?

Hi,

Yes, I don't see any report when I go to Strategy Performance > Strategy Name > Real-time > Trades or Orders
I don't see any record in both records.
I am confident there is not any filter.

From the help guide:
"Executions from ATM Strategies will not have an impact on the hosting NinjaScript strategy position and PnL - the NinjaScript strategy hands off the execution aspects to the ATM, thus no monitoring via the regular NinjaScript strategy methods will take place (also applies to strategy performance tracking)"
