Hello, I have 3 questions about Strategy Builder...

How can I configure the Parabolic Stop and the Trailing Stop on Strategy Builder?
Is there a manual about how to configure all the Custom Series, Inputs, Variables, Conditions, Target/Stop options and everything about Strategy Builder configurations?

Thanks for your post.

Please note that you can only place one stop per order. You would not be able to use a stoploss, trailing stop, parabolic stop on the same order. The standard StopLoss would override any other stop added.

In the case of the trailing stop, I recommend setting it's "mode" to ticks as this is the most straight forward to understand. You specify the number of ticks which will be the distance away from the entry (it will work in either long or short direction automatically) that the stop will start. The stop is immediately placed when the entry order is filled. For each tick of profit, the trailing stop will advance one tick. The calculate setting of the strategy is important and the help guide advises: "Trail stop orders are modified based on the strategies 'Calculate' settings. In the case of 'Calculate' on bar close, when the bar closes the trail stop order modification will occur using the lowest/highest price of the bar as the reference price to apply the trail offset. Subsequently, if the open price of the next bar is significantly higher or lower than this price then there is a possibility that the calculated trail stop price is now an invalid stop price. This is a risk with modifying any stop order closer to the current market price since any modification above/below the current price would be rejected." In the case of a parabolic stop, again I would recommend using Ticks for the mode. The stop is immediately placed upon the fill of the entry order however many ticks you have specified away from the entry. the movement of the stop is based on a parabolic calculation. You can get an idea of this by applying the parabolic indicator and testing various settings, from this you may develop preferred settings for your strategy parabolic stop needs. Like the Trailing stop, the parabolic stoop has the same Calculate concern, from the help guide: "Parabolic stop orders are modified based on the strategies 'Calculate' settings. In the case of 'Calculate' on bar close, when the bar closes the parabolic stop order modification will occur using the closing price of the bar as the reference price to apply the trail offset. Subsequently if the open price of the next bar is significantly higher or lower then the current close price then there is a possibility that the calculated parabolic stop price is now an invalid stop price.
