Confusion in Orders report

Hi ,

I use ATM to take position and in the Order report ,I see one line which doesn't make sense for me .
As you can see in the attachment , the quantity of my ATM is 4 but there is another order was opened(thick black border) .
also I log trades in my log file and the following line is only order I have at that time:
Sell | 09/24/2020 03:27:54 | Order: ed7bb982d616418da00323a887041ec8

Would you please help me understand root cause of it.

The first line of your yellow section is when the stop order was submitted, the last order is when that order was filled. The log keeps track of any changes to the orders you have pending, and the change, in this case, was that it was filled, and printed the log information you are seeing.

Would you please explain four yellow lines, because I think there is something wrong , I have two Action = Sell and Type = Market and those are my orders. right?

Thanks for your reply and clarification.

In this case, the yellow Entry Sell Market looks to be a part of a second ATM which I suspect is a part of the blue lines. Are you using multiple ATM Strategies at once? It appears you are opening and closing multiple ATMs at the same time and may be why the log is adding entries to it that don't correlate to the last orders associated with the log entries.

Hi,

NO, I open only one ATM at the same time and when I open taking a position by ATM close last active ATM by AtmStrategyClose to close all orders of one ATM(all orders that are made by one ATM)
I am using OneUP Trader account and it might be a bug in NT8.
Please let me know if there is a way to send you NT's log file.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2760196 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.
