    Alert That I want to delete is unfound

    I want to delete a alert from happening but it says alert not found when I click on go to alert how can I stop this

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)

    How did you set up the alert that you are trying to remove?

    Are you trying to remove a specific alert from the Alerts Log or are you trying to remove the strategy/indicator that is producing the alert?

    Are you seeing alerts continue to populate after seeing that error message occur?

    If a strategy or indicator triggered the alert, did you close the window containing the strategy/indicator before trying to 'Go to' the alert?

    Please provide step by step instructions for reproducing the behavior you are seeing so we may investigate this matter further.

        Thank you for that information.

        After further testing, I am unable to reproduce this behavior. Please try to reproduce the behavior you are seeing on your end and note the steps you take. Then, please provide us with the steps to reproduce the behavior. Once we have the steps to reproduce this behavior we will be able to further investigate.

        Additionally, I see you are using an older version of NinjaTrader. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:
        • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
        • Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
        • Enter your license key and press Submit
        • Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
        • Select 'Download'
        • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
