Issues with Strategy Analyzer

I started having issues with the back testing, forward testing and AI generate.

I have all historical data loaded for bid ask last day (tick) and I have replay data as well. I tried Order fill resolution of Standard and High at tick level.

With back testing I'm only getting 1 traded per result. Plus that trade could be outside the range of the Time Frame parameters and frequently is.
With AI generate, same issues as the back testing, screenshot below. Also didn't return the 25 results I setup in the parameter.
With Walk Forward testing, I set the optimize days and the days to test, it covers the range of dates in separate lines like it should but duplicates the trades exactly from a previous date range and seems to ignore the number of days to test I specified.

Notice in the Walk Forward I setup small 5 day optimization and 5 day Test Period. All the results are the same except the last row and the trades don't fall into the date range of the selected row above.

First, what version of the platform are you using? You can find your version number under Help > About. The current version is 8.0.23.1. If you're currently running any other version, please update to the latest version and re-run your tests to rule out a versioning issue:

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

After you've confirmed you're on the latest version, please try running a backtest using the built-in Sample MA Crossover. Do you see the same with this strategy or does it show multiple trades being taken?

I have version 8.0.23.1 64-bit and I was running a strategy that took 3 mins to run 112 iterations. Then with the same strategy to narrow down 11 iterations of further refinement it never completes after hours of running. In fact it won't run any strategy now, just hangs with about 3 to 76 percent processor utilization and about 4gb of ram (I have 64gb total). What can I do to fix this issue?

We've updated the platform again since your initial post and the current version is 8.0.23.2. Please ensure you've updated to the latest version, clear your cache, then test again. I'm including the upgrade instructions from my previous post below:

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

Once the upgrade is completed, please clear your cache data.

To delete the cache, follow the steps below.

• Shut down NinjaTrader.
• Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
• Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
• Restart NinjaTrader and test.
