    SL and TP orders are not displayed on chart

    Hello

    I'm new to NT. Being that said, I'm opening a position as per the attached code, setting previously stop loss and take profit, and once strategy opens a position the orders are as follows, calling my attention that limit remains in Working state.

    And in the chart I cannot see TP and SL price levels.

    Hello Marcello,

    Thank you for your note.

    I don't see that your Chart Trader is currently active. If you click the Chart Trader icon at the top of the screen (looks something like a backwards "F") and select "Chart Trader" to turn it on, do you see the strategy position and protective orders?

      Still calls my attention why the limit order is in state Working, can you tell me why?

        Hello mchiuminatto,

        Thank you for your reply.

        This is normal. The limit order will be accepted and working on the market as a limit order.

        However the Stop market order is going to be submitted and accepted but not working. This is because the Stop Market order isn't an actual order that can be filled, it's a placeholder for a market order when the stop price it hit. It's still accepted so it's at the exchange but the stop market won't actually fill, it's going to become a market order when your price is hit.

        Where your orders reside will depend upon who you are connected to however generally Orders in a state "Accepted" or "Working" are at the brokerage or exchange. If the exchange does not support a specific order type, the order will be active on your providers servers.
