Strategy Builder. "set" button for "Bars ago" property

Hello,

would it be possible that an custom Input could be assigned by means of a "set" button for the "Bars ago" property so be able to optimize it? Thanks

This isn't already in there because this can lead to indexing errors. In real-time a value can be chosen that is larger than CurrentBar and this will cause the strategy to error and become disabled. It would not be possible for NinjaTrader to prevent this, as this would be a run-time error.
The Strategy Builder design attempts to prevent situations that can cause errors such as this.

It would be possible to do this in an unlocked script.

I will submit a feature request on your behalf for the development to consider it anyway.
Once I have a tracking ID for this request I will post in this thread for future reference.
