    Display a new series that was added by AddDataSeries in chart

    Hi,

    How can I display a new series was added by AddDataSeries in chart?(reason: I would make sure my config is correct for the new series)

    Hello bosajin,

    Thank you for your post.

    The AddDataSeries() command only adds the series for your script to use, however, this does not produce any kind of visual or panel for that series. When configuring a chart you would need to add a second series in the same DataSeries window to view that second series on a chart.

    From the existing chart, you can right-click and access "DataSeries" to add additional series, otherwise, the Control center -> New -> Chart option will open the DataSeries menu where you can add multiple series to a new chart. You can add more than 1 series in the DataSeries window, when you do additional panels are added for each series.

    See the help guide documentation below for more information.
    AddDataSeries() - https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...dataseries.htm
    Using the DataSeries menu - https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...taSeriesWindow

    Let us know if we may assist further.

      You can't.

      All data series added via AddDataSeries are invisible.

      Well, they are "visible" to your code, but not on the chart.

      Inside your OnBarUpdate, try using Print to the print CurrentBar
      and Time[0] when BarsInProgress == 1.
