    Strategy doesnt start

    Dear all, hope you are fine. Im choosing a strategy with Playback connection but stands in "Loading" and doesnt start (please find attached). That is happening since 2 days ago.
    Same thing is happening on normal connection. Please find attached

    Hello fscabrera03,

    Is the Control Center Connections menu showing a green dot next to the Playback connection?

    Does the Playback controller appear?

    Do you have a large amount of downloaded Market Replay data?

    The last time you have used Playback was this used with Market Replay data or historical tick data?

    Do you have a large amount of downloaded historical tick data?

      Yes to all,
      Everything appears, see attached.
      I want to clarify that this is happend with fxcm connection too, not only with playback ( im using essential add on).
      I have a large historical data, but i didnt load more data that i had before and worked.

        Hello fscabrera03,

        It may be that there is a large amount of data and NinjaTrader is taking time to load it all from the hard drive.

        As a test, I suggest making a backup that includes the historical data and market replay data, then deleting both the historical and market replay data from the Tools -> Historical Data window, and then re-downloading only what you need.

        Once backed up and then deleted, download just the data you want to test over, and test the SampleMACrossover strategy included with NinjaTrader.

        If the behavior persists, please let me know and I will have you write in to our support so we can schedule a call where I can investigate on your end.

          I have deleted all price dato but unfurtunely still doesnt work.
          Can I make another action to try?
          Can I send you some specific information to you to solve this issue?
