    Make a bit better tracking system

    In every topic, when someone request a feature or bug, the case is given specific ID (i.e. SYP-1454), and NT support person tells us to reference that in future....

    however, it's hard to save all those ids on my desktop or files.
    Can it be done, as user (who submits that request) in his profile, had a list of "opened cases", where will be listed the IDs of cases which are related/started by him.

    Glad to assist. Yes, there is a method of the forum to find view past posts. To to this, select "User CP" from the top toolbar, then in the lower left, select List Subscriptions.
