Amazing that in your first post you are bad mouthing NinjaTrader for not customizing their platform to your free demo version liking out of forex woods. Even a paid member would be banned on Futures.io for being unappreciative and rude.

As a business, NinjaTrader will always be nice in their responses. But being less rude to them may get you somewhere, considering that no other platform provides such a level of support as NT.
