Add overload of "alert"

it would be good to add an overload to alert:
without re-arm seconds, so, there was some argument to indicate "once in a bar"

What I would recommend in this case would be to set the re-arm seconds to something greater than the time frame of the bar, then using RearmAlert() once per bar:

//rearms "myAlert" on the first tick of the bar:

if (IsFirstTickOfBar)
RearmAlert("myAlert");

yes, but why complications? even, it has many lacks - non-time based charts... also, other drawbacks, which seems only solvable by IsFirstTickOfBar.. however, an overload of alert as i said, would be nice.

I understand your position and we have put in a feature request for this. We prefer to give immediate solutions when they are available simply because our Feature Request system can take some time if the request is even included in a future release and there is already a method to achieve the same goal.
