Chart Data Box Enhancements relating to Executions and Open unhit Orders

Currently the Chart DataBox tool shows the first execution within a bar only. I believe this a bug, if multiple separate orders have an execution within a bar then all separate order executions should be shown in the DataBox.

A related enhancement, that would be helpful for debugging purposes, would be to show all "accepted" and "working" orders that are open during the bar's life and their parameters (e.g. type, stop price, limit price, quantity etc).
