Enable/Disable strategy is annoying. Please, Re-design it

when strategy is enabled, and you want to change something, all User-options are blocked, like:


and you have to scroll to "enable" and uncheck it.
It everytime needs about 3-6 seconds to do that, and is quite annoying when we frequently do that to change inputs and test some things.

PLEASE, BE smart developers. It's not hard to facilitate that to users.
I suggest, that you created easier solution, like, when we open-up the strategy options dialog-box (the grayed out) and click any of the grayed-out area (instead of scrolling to "enabled" button) then the Message should come up, like:

"Do you want to turn-off the strategy" ? YES/NO
like:


so, we can quickly change things, like we do in INDICATORS!

or at least, stick that option to the window fixed bottom (like there is "template"button, so wont need to scroll down/up)
