When working extensively within the strategy builder the process of copying a strategy becomes quite tedious after a while. One feature that would hugely improve the building process would be the following:
- In the Strategy Builder - Allow for single click (tickbox) activation / deactivation of rules, rule groupings and entire sets.
That way if the strategy doesn't behave you can easily deactivate all parts of the strategy and test each component 1-by-1 rather than having to re-code everything. Also would help with testing rule variants (as opposed to parameter variants). - Even better - allow for the above to be controlled from the Strategy settings tab within the Strategy Analyzer. That way there is no need to re-compile each time, but you can just run through the rules/sets and activate/deactivate each when testing the strategy to test variants or to debug.
