I will tell you why.
I am very satisfied with NT8 and also with customers support. I also have a developer who helps me with creating indicators and I pay him for that.
Last week I had a very small problem with some missing code so I asked support from NT to help me. They tried to help me but as my knowledge of programming is almost zero I didn't understand what they meant. In a second attempt they told me that they could not solve my problem as it went beyond the instructions they had and I should ask a NT developer for help. I fully understood that, as otherwise they would soon be programming all day to create new code for customers .
Because it was just a question of a small additional code I did not want to bother the professional programmer I usually use. It would have been a big job for me too as I never give my real code to my programmer, so I have to leave a lot out of it and put it back later hoping that it would still work. Takes me sometimes a few days to recover my full code working.
I was hoping some member of the community could help me. But nobody reacted. Maybe if we would have a separate section specifically for that kind of questions ,where the community can help each other, it would have worked.
