Feature request for kinetick: Add Intradaydata for all softs

Hello Ninjatrader/Kinetic Team,

I would like to see intraday data for all soft futures specially for ICE US / NYBOT futures like KC, CC, CT, OJ and SB. Even 15min delayed data would be extremly helpful.
I want to have a all in one data solution and if kinetick can't provide this I need to switch to CQG.

Hello Johnny,

Please note that the NinjaTrader platform is not a data feed provider itself. You will need to connect to a supported data feed provider or broker to receive data. Please see the link below under 'Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider' which shows supported providers and what data they support. We don't have information listed whether ICE US/Nybot futures are supported. Please clarify with the broker/data feed. Unfortunately these futures are not supported with Kinetick.

The matrix shows 'data feeds only' such as Kinetick and DTN IQFeed, but it lists broker technologies as well such as Continuum and FXCM. The broker technologies can only be used if you have an account at the supported broker partner. They provide data in NinjaTrader and allow you to trade your account at your broker. The 'data feeds only' will just provide data in NinjaTrader. You will need to have a subscription with one of these data providers to obtain login information.

Hi Jason,

I read his post like he was trying submit an enhancement request ...

So is there a different or better location for Johnny or me to submit Feature Enhancement Requests for Kinetick services?
