Are you related in any way to the tradeamos.com website? I see that your logos are there and that they sell bots for Ninjatrader. He is a known spammer and does not stop sending suspicious advertisements to buy bots. He send email from tradeamos.com and 3stones.com . If you unsubscribe from the email list, it starts sending you from another.. The same text on the emails is on all the web, with multiple domains.

Who are you asking?

NinjaTrader is a trading platform, and NinjaTrader Brokerage is their broker subsidiary.

There are many other businesses (both good and bad) not affiliated with NinjaTrader
that sell their own products, which can be installed as "plugins" into the NinjaTrader
trading platform.

NinjaTrader has grown into a very popular trading platform.
Consequently, there is a huge ecosystem of 3rd-party plugin products.
These plugins are called Indicators, Strategies, and Addons.

NinjaTrader has no control over these 3rd-party products.

A product hated by one person might be loved by another. Who's to say which
person's experience is more "correct"?

The ecosystem is like the wild wild west -- there is very little policing of products.
When evaluating 3rd-party products, you are solely responsible for doing your
own due diligence.

If you have an issue with tradeamos.com, you should direct your inquiries to them,
not these NinjaTrader forums.

Honestly, I don't know what you are talking about, but I understand your problem perfectly. I had this with another site that spammed my mail with various garbage. I'd rather not mention the website; that's not the point. And the same thing, I blocked one profile, I received emails from another. I didn't know what to do. I decided to surf the Internet and look for safe and fast email checker solutions. I wanted to sort the incoming emails more carefully so that all the emails were sorted before I saw them. And it turned out to be possible. Spam emails have stopped annoying me.
