Please remove language folders from NT installed data-dir

NT creates bunch of language folders (fr-FR, es-ES, zh-....) in `documents/NinjaTrader 8/bin/Custom`.
Of course, language folders should live somewhere, but NOT in custom folder, where we are doing our codings/navigation frequently, and those folders do polute it unnecessarily.
It would be better suited if those folders will be placed in one folder (as children folders) like: `Documents/NinjaTrader 8/bin/Custom/Languages/`. Probably you should consider it?

Frankly, they should have created a 'bin/Custom/Resources' folder.

Then all the language folders and 'Resource.*' language files should
be moved into that folder -- reducing developer eye clutter for this
highly trafficked location in the NinjaTrader folder hierarchy.

This eye clutter difference in the 'bin/Custom' folder location in NT7
vs NT8 is one of my pet peeves about NT8. In NT7 this folder looks
clean and neat, but in NT8 this location comes across as messy
and disheveled.

Seriously, having a 'Resources' subfolder just makes organizational
good sense -- makes you wonder why it was not done that way
at the very beginning of NinjaTrader 8.

NinjaTrader_Jason If you want to know really, I can loudly (I'm sure bltdavid, and also any ninjascripter) say, that these voting systems are meaningless and in base broken. There is no need of having/collecting user votes at all (and moreover, in this complex and inconvenient way). The first and foremost problem is this voting system, as even If anyone comes here and posts "Hey NinjaTrader shoots a pistol to me and fix it!" the topic might get at max 5 votes here on forum.
Let me bet - when you implemented "Search" or "Save" buttons/functions in NinjScript Editor - did anyone opened topic for that, and asked it? and you counted votes for it, whether many people "needed to have a search ability" ? no, of course, that was obvious fact and necessity, for that there was no need of any topic at all.
Votes are of no meaning. Instead, you should do a mindful review of each F.R. (feature request) and even if that is posted by a random user, with no votes, you should implement if that FR/Issue is really needed thing or a correct way to do thing. I've had posted around 50 posts about the incorrect issue management NT does (and mostly, it affects NinjaTrader's success negatively, not me).
