Being able to move up and down on the chart

First one.
Being able to move up and down on the chart.Up and down the price scale.
So you can put a limit or stop or a line or something further away without zooming out.
If you look at something like MetaTrader, it has scale fix where you can click it then move the chart data up and down to view above and below up and down the price scale.
Secondly there is a possible bug in chart trader.
Sometimes where the line is on the chart which shows your trade position entry price.
The profit and loss nest to it does not display.
It displays in chart trader itself but not always next to that line it stays at 0.
Opening and closing chart trader usually fixes it.
Just telling of the bug.

I will forward your suggestion to our development team and ask them if they can add this to the list of future considerations for the software.

Chart navigation will be improved in NinjaTrader 7.

As per the bug, could you please tell me the steps you used to produce the bug.

I tested the PnL box part of the entry line on my end while sim trading the ES 12-08 and I could not reproduce the issue.
