Documentation & Default Data Suggestion

After reading this link:

2 lines caught my attention:

- NinjaTrader MUST be connected to a live brokerage or market data vendor

- Strategy menu options will NOT appear if not connected live


Might I suggest 2 things.

1. Change the first line to include "Or Market Replay" or "With the Simulated Feed" as well.

2. Provide a Default Market Replay session with the download so the user has real data to use. I understand in Nt7 there is going to be a central feed, so it may not apply, but it wouldn't hurt to include one recorded session with the most recent download. It might help many newbies.

Another reason would be for the benefit of the support staff. Just as you provide a default strategy the MA cross dilio, it may also benefit you to have a default set of session data. Great for comparing apples to apples (or ticks to ticks and time, etc.).
