I just realized that this would require adding the swedish currency (SEK?) as well to NT. What is the exact string in IB TWS for that currency?

Thanks. Both exchanges will be supported for IB with NT7 (non-public beta right now).

I have also been waiting for the Swedish exchanges to be added.

    - name of exchange: The Swedish Stock Exchange
    - exact (!) exchange string as shown in TWS: SFB

    - name of exchange: Stockholm Derivatives Exchange
    - exact (!) exchange string as shown in TWS: OMS

    Mpe

Thanks for your suggestion. We'll add it to the list future considerations.

Here is what we would need for new exchanges added to NT's IB adapter:
    - name of exchange
    - exact (!) exchange string as shown in TWS

    Thanks

    Support for Swedish OMX exchange

I use Interactive Brokers for brokerage and datafeed and primarily trade the Swedish OMXS30 index future through IB. However, for some reason this exchange and index still does not seem to be supported in Ninja Trader, at least I can't find any way to open the charts.

Opening an OMXS30 chart has never been a problem in other programs like QuoteTracker, TWS, Sierrachart, Multicharts etc. I really want to use NinjaTrader for realtime charting since it is a good program, but I can't because of this, and I know that MANY others have the same problem.

So, my suggestion is to include support for the Swedish OMX Exchange (and why not all scandinavian exchanges, since more exchanges means more NinjaTrader users/customers). I find it surprising and disappointing that I still have to rely on other charting programs for this and I don't see why adding another exchange should be difficult?

I assume this will be corrected in NT 7 but I wanted to make my opinion clear anyway.
