On the keltner channel indicator, is it based on standard deviation or atr and if not , will the NT7 version accommodate atr in that indicator? Thanks!

Hello bugman4/u,
The midline in the KeltnerChannel is a standard moving average. The upper and lower bands are offset by the SMA of the difference between the high and low of previous bars. Both the offset multiplier and the SMA period are configurable.
It will function the same in NinjaTrader 7. I will forward the suggestion have the option to have it based off the ATR to our development team and ask them if they can add this to the list of future considerations of the software.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
