Dear NT Support,
I have noticed that NT allows one to plot multiple or "n" day charts, analogous to multiple minute charts. For example, if I'm trading intraday, I might want to look at a 3min chart, or a 5min chart. Everyone is very familiar with this. However, I am trying to do the same thing with daily data. For example, I might want to plot a 3 day chart. NT allows me to do this, but there is a big problem in that NT looks at each day as a "calendar" day, not a "bar" day. So for a 3 day chart, if the current day is Monday, it will plot just Monday, because there is no data for Sunday and Saturday. It says this is a 3 day plot, but it is not. I want the 3 day plot to include a combination of the daily bars of Monday, previous Friday and Thursday. In other words, I want NT to combine each bar to form an "n" day chart, not to look at each calendar day because Saturday and Sunday will always be blank days.
Can you please fix this in a future version of NT? One idea is that you could put in an option that allows you to choose whether you want to plot the "n" day chart based on time or based on bars. IMO, this would be a very useful feature.
