    Loading Data for NT 6,5

    Hi,
    Today after opening my demo account “285” NT 6,5, everything woks excellent ( default working place downloaded) to point, that try I connected to my account:
    Green sign Connected- Zen- Fire appear at bottom left corner of the Control Center window.
    Charts go white and the first Loading Data … window appeared.
    Here everything stop and process of downloading of missing data freeze on the first symbol . Everything on the screen is motionless.
    From here I can only access the Control Centre Screen to Exit NT.
    I try a couple times without success. I wait for a couple hours in case, that Zen Fire server has problems(scary in real world). I uninstalled and reloaded NT, after I removed and reinstalled connection to Zen Fire. No change.
    Do you have a suggestion how to fix it?

    Hello Ludek,

    Can you please try the following. Start NinjaTrader and close all windows except the Control Center.

    Check if you are running workspaces in the background and close them as well. Go to File-->Workspaces and check what workspaces are listed below 'Save Workspace As'. The workspace with the checkmark is the workspace opened on your monitor. Any additional workspaces listed, are opened in the background.

    Select a workspace without a checkmark and subsequently go to File-->Workspaces-->Close Workspace. Repeat this process until only one workspace is opened.

    Connect to Zen-Fire and subsequently create a new chart via File-->New-->Chart and check if the requested data is loaded. If so, create another chart and so on.

    Let me know if this will not work for you.

      Thank you for taking care of my case. Sorry for late answer, I was sleeping( Pacific Time).
      How idiotic simple..... :-) I follow your advice, everything is working fine.
