Include filter by Strategy in Account Performance Template Options

On the Account Performance report's Advanced options there is a panel to filter the data by 'Templates:'. This seems to apply a filter to the 'Strategy' column which includes NinjaScript Strategy names that are not options on the filtering panel. Please include those in the panel so we can create reports specific to a portfolio of scripted strategies.
