Bug Report: Chart Trader not working properly (in market replay)

This happens intermittently but is reproduceable once it happens
It occurred a number of times during market replay. Thankfully it has never occurred in a live connection.

Symptoms

1. Place buy/sell order with right click menu, order appears.
2. Order is ignored when price passes through it.
   • Tried to move and cancel it to no avail.
   • Order does not show up in normal DOM.
   • Tried Cancel All Orders on right click menu - ignored
   • Tried Flatten everything on right click menu - ignored
   • Tried to bounce ninja - says I have 16 active orders even after flatten everything and cancel all orders.
   
   

Similar (not the same) incident occurred in live i.e. canceled order in ChartTrader but order was left on the MB. I had to use the MB window to cancel the order.

So that we can see what might be taking place in the background, please send us your log & trace files for the most recent date that this occurred.

From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file”
