    Limited Trade Data Showing for Each Session

    Hello,

    I am using NT7 for the 1st time and noticed that I am only seeing trade information from 8:21am to 15:00. I thought the session manager would correct the problem, but I'm seeing that it's already set to a 24/7 - 12am to 12am default. I tried reloading the data and restarting the computer also to no avail. Could someone please assist in resolving.

    Can you please clarify:
    Which data provider you are presently using?
    What instrument and interval you are charting?
    If there are any error messages in the log tab of the Control Center?

      PFG
      What instrument and interval you are charting?
      - 6B 06-11 (British Pound)
      - 1 minute interval
      - Full 24hour chart
      If there are any error messages in the log tab of the Control Center?
      - Yes, see attached. I see something referring to "session breaks"

        Hi RookieTrader,

        Thank you for that information, and those messages in the log tab are informational and not related to this issue.

        As for the instruments can you please reset the instruments. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

        Then please close NinjaTrader and then sync your PC clock. You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

        Then please re-open and then create a new chart with the Default 24/7 session template applied and then if the issue persists can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and then reference this thread so that we can offer remote assistance.
