Vendor License Management - add fields

Hi

The vendor license management has a field for user name but that's not really enough to uniquely identify a customer.

Would it be possible to add an email address field to the screen so we can id customers by email address if they contact us about a machine id change?

Currently, you can't put the email address in the user name field as it won't accept the @ characters.

Also - is there a reason we can't update the user name of a free trial user? It would really help us to keep track.

I may have only verbally asked for a change but I will add it in writing to this thread. It would be very handy to be able to access the Vendor Licensing module outside of NT. For me it can be very inconvenient to have to load up NinjaTrader in off hours just to update an entry or make a new entry. If I suggested this in an older post just ignore it.

Where can we track those issues?

Also, is there an API to the Vendor License Managment data?

As far as tracking issues you can see what ID's get added in by checking the release notes when next version of NT is released. Any new additions with there tracking ID's will be here.

There is unfortunately no API for the vendor system. Please ask these questions to your partner development contact at NinjaTrader you should have one. If you don't let me know and I can have them contact you to answer any questions you may have.
