NinjaTrader is the Only charting program I know that doesn't have a Toolbar —
and it needs one - see attached; outer MetaStock, inner MetaTrader 4
when you're coding the Tool Bar please use an Add/Remove function so only those
tools a user wants to use are displayed - see attached - and the Toolbar remains a
Default setting after NT is closed and re-appears in the 'customized' Default form
when NT is re-started
it consumes far to much time going into a menu , looking down thru a load of tools
before finding the one wanted, instead of just being able to click on an already displayed
icon on the Toolbar
as is, NinjaTrader remains the equivalent of WordPerfect 5 compared to Microsoft's
Word for WINDOWS - mouse - mouse - mouse
I'd like to see the Basic Entry and Chart Entry 33.3 % smaller, or the option to
reduce its size with the mouse, at least in the case of the Basic Entry
overall size length reduction via an Expand say, but mainly it's the width I want to
see reduced by what I estimate could be 33.3%
also I'd like the buttons' text changed to -
BUY ASK - BA . . . BUY MARKET - BM . . . BUY BID - BD . . . BUY - B
SELL ASK - SA . . . SELL MARKET - SM . . . SELL BID - SB . . . SELL - S
I find I spend too much time reading the text on the buttons trying to find the correct
one to click, rather than glancing to spot the icon to click, which I believe the abbreviated
order types are closer to being
I also think the order of the buttons should be changed so that BM and SM are next
to the B and S, currently those buttons are imo mispositioned
I trust the above coding and the updated version of NinjaTrader will be ready for trading on
Sunday aftenoon ; ))))))
