    mouse wheel customization

Ninjatrader charting could be brought closer to current industry standards by allowing the user to customize mouse wheel behavior. Currently, scrolling the wheel only scrolls charts through time/bars.

A dialog box could be added under Hot Key Manager or elsewhere to allow this behavior to be changed. Most charting packages allow the user to control bar spacing, bar width, and even cycle through tool templates with the mouse wheel. Modifiers (i.e., shift, ctrl, alt) could also be added to mouse wheel logic to allow multiple behaviors.

Also consider cursor placement when scrolling. While hovering over the horizontal or vertical axis, scrolling the wheel could substitute for the click-dragging effect. Or when a chart object is selected, templates could be quickly cycled.

This is something you could also do with AutoHotkey. See the thread here discussing something similar.
