Bug: rectangle as global object sometimes disappears.

Create two charts with NQ03-12, one with 60 M and one with 15 Min for 365 days.

Draw a rectangle making it global. Draw a horizontal line also making it global. Put the horizontal line in the center of the rectangle. Both objects should extend for several weeks and be near the current price.

1. The horizontal line always draws on both graphs. (Good).

2. Slowly scroll through the 15 M chart. The horizontal line always appears. (Good) The rectangle, however, sometimes appears and sometimes disappears.(Bad)

Thanks for writing in to report this.

I'm not seeing the same results here when using those steps. To rule out the possibility that my settings were different from yours, please provide me with a copy of the workspace which you're using.

Workspaces are found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Workspaces folder.

No need to send you a workspace. Your "Similar Threads" table at the bottom found the same problem reported in May of 2009.

The reporter was told the following about the problem:

Thanks for raising this one. Unfortunately this is a known limitation which we already have on our list for future considerations: basically an object where anchor points would be too far off left and right of the chart would not be rendered.

I seriously doubt that you are going to fix this really serious limitation, given that you have been considering it for over 2 years and have yet to do anything about it.

Good thing I am still on the trial version and have not paid for your product.
