I often sit and work with Ninjatrader, collaborating with a friend connected via Skype.
We use IB, and when NT tries to connect, it very often happens that NT sends the saved TWS username (+Enter) to the Skype-chat instead of TWS.
Now this is mostly just annoying for me, since it is mostly my friend that receives the username, but it could also be a security risk. It seems to send it to whatever window is active at the time of the connect attempt (I have seen my IB username magically pop up in an open notepad file, a mail I was writing etc.), so there could be some very interesting security effects from this behavior.
Luckily, I think it only sends the username, and I guess it aborts when it doesn't get a correct return from TWS (if you switch active window at an unfortunate time, right after the username has been correctly sent, I could imagine that the password could be sent instead. If so, the consequences could be pretty devastating...), but I think thats bad enough and makes me somewhat nervous, and that it is something you should put pretty high on the prioritylist to fix?
Thanks
/Peder
