I think NT is the only product (trading-related or otherwise) that I've ever received support for on the weekend, or at very weird times like 12AM on a weekday. I also really appreciate the "this feature is unsupported, but we will help you out anyway" answers that I have been given and have seen others receive. That is very helpful.

+1. To everyone who uses NT: do you have the same feelings as me, when you almost reach some level in your code or almost finish new idea, and faced some insuperable thing...
And you try it this way and that way and all ways you know... And than you reach that state when want to throw the laptop out the window.
So, in many cases like this guys from support save your money and your health
