    NT foreign language support

    A question out of interest: Is there NT Support for Russian speaking people who want to use NT, i.e. those who know a little bit of English and could find their way through NT, but if something happens or they are stuck they could contact someone in NT to ask their questions in Russian and get answers in Russian?

    I believe Broco used to be a Russian speaking brokerage firm, however their website is down currently.

    Edit : Apologies, they are out of business.

      Thanks but my question is whether NinjaTrader (not a third party) has someone in Support to answer questions in Russian language?

      PS: Broco WAS a Russian brokerage which stopped working due to being under criminal investigation in both Russia and the U.S.

        Thanks for letting me know.

        Unfortunately we don't have anyone here currently that speaks Russian. I will make the suggestion to our management to add some form of Russian language support.

          Thanks Adam, great on the suggestion to management.

          I would be very interested in that development as I know a fair number of Russians who would immediately become NT clients.
