    Scaling in/Out with managed orders

It'd be nice to have this capability for managed orders in one Entry. So far it's possible just to get the reverse in positions with just one Entry but that's all.

So please consider to add this great future that would help a lot to all of us, NT non-advanced programmers.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. I've submitted your comments to our development to considering enhancing the flexibility of managed order handling.

Just so we're clear on your request, instead of calling EnterLong(), you'd call something (hypothetical here) such as ScaleLong()?

Something in this manner would still prevent you from accidentally entering another long position under the entry condition as we've designed, but still give you the flexibility to scale in if explicitly called.

Nope, it's as simple as EnterLong( New quantity ), so the system should be managed all orders necesary to scale in/out to the new required position. I think always thet simpler thet better.

Thanks for the consideration, I hope it can be done.

            Hi Matthew,

After trying to program with unmanaged orders several cases in a script, I've realized how really complicated it is, bringing a control without errors and all that layers necessary. So, definitively this feature for NT should be a "Must", which it will get better in a powerful way for non-advanced programmers, who rather are to build Algos in an easier way.

I hope your development team consider it seriously.
