    After-holiday multi-panel chart bugs

    Hello,

You are probably aware of the chart drawing problems that occur after a holiday with multiple panels in a chart. The bar spacing gets messed up (squished) and has to be set and all indicators become worthless. Please fix that!

But I also have a 4-panel chart in which this occurs:
-- Increasing the width of the chart window increases the bar width
-- Decreasing the width of the chart window does not decrease the bar width
-- The bar spacing action does not work (ctrl-up or ctrl-down)
-- The bar width action (alt-down) works only on the first panel

    The data is:
    -- kinetick DI6N.Z (S&P 500 $ VOL NET)
    -- kinetick DIRN.Z (RUSSELL 2000 $ VOL NET)
-- kinetick DIQN.Z (NASDAQ COMB ISSUES $ VOL NET)
-- kinetick DI1N.Z (DOW JONES INDU $ VOL NET)
The chart loads 0 days of day.

Please fix these problems when you fix your other post-holiday, mulit-panel chart problems.

      Hello PhilT,

      Thank you for your patience.

I am not seeing the same items on my end when I attempt to re-create this with Kinetick data and the Market Statistics in your screenshot. Although I did not have the chart open over the holiday weekend.

Please shut down NinjaTrader --> then go to the following directory on your PC: (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache --> please delete the contents of the cache folder in the db folder --> then restart NinjaTrader and advise if these items continue in your charts.

Thank you, Patrick. That works. I'll try that again after the next holiday.

        Regards.
