NT8 drawn objects across user specified charts

Is there any chance that there could be a setting added in NT8 so that drawn objects can be set to show across a number of user chosen charts of the same instrument. EG - instead of drawing a horizontal lines on one chart and then setting it to - Properties - Attach to - All charts, of the same instrument, is there a way to set it to show on only some charts of that instrument but not have it show on others?

Can the "Instrument Link" in the upper right corner be used to do this?

Even someway to load a Reference marker Indicator manually onto each chart that the drawn object was required on and then have the (EG) horizontal line access that as its reference point and showing up in the drawn object - Properties - Attach to - XXXXXX reference indicator. And then the horizontal line will only be on the charts that have the reference indicator on them.

If this is already a built in function, can someone point me in the right direction.

You can disable global drawing objects on a chart by right clicking on the chart and selecting Data Series

Then in the Data Series window selecting 'Show global draw objects' unchecking the box and pressing OK

Is there any way to have one set of drawn objects show on specific charts and another set on other charts but there might be some cross over between them?

EG - Homework lines will be drawn on one 60 min chart and duplicated on a 5min/7min and 1500 Tick of the same instrument and Volume at price levels will be drawn on 15min chart and duplicated on the 5min and 1500Tick charts but not on the 60min or 7min charts.

In the horizontal lines "attach to" function drop down, I've noticed it references a indicator but its usually tied to a specific time frame that the indicator is on in that chart. Is there a way that a reference "indicator" could be applied to the charts that the lines are needed on and then this indicator can be chosen as the reference for the horizontal lines and what charts to show it on?
