How to programmatically access timezone of active charts

NinjaTrader 7 always used the timezone of the PC (TimeZoneInfo.Local) for the chart bars.

With NinjaTrader 8 the user can select a different time zone for the chart bars via Tools -> Options -> General -> Preferences -> Time zone.

How can I programmatically access the timezone of the chart bars? For NinjaTrader 7 I had used TimeZoneInfo.Local, but for NinjaTrader 8 this will not work, if the user changes the preferred time zone.


Nota:

I am talking about the time zone which is used for time stamping historical data and time stamping the chart bars.

I am not talking about the time zone of the selected trading hours template which can be accessed as Bars.TradingHours.TimeZoneInfo.
