    I have an indicator which requires the use of tick replay. However I often find NT freezing up. Today it not only froze but also leaked memory to the point it was unable to load charts. The trace files showed the following...

    I am using Win 10 64 bit OS.

    I am currently at a point where I cannot load any charts with NT. Can you please suggest a resolution for this. Thank you.

    Thank you for posting.

    I'm happy to test this custom item on my end and also check into the trace files further with you if you would please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread, a copy of the custom add-on (if possible), and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20180102.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

      The situation is even worse than I thought. NT is freezing and leaking memory like no end of tomorrow-currently using 92% of 32MB RAM, in an after hours market with very little market movement. I think there is something seriously wrong with the tick replay or the install or both. I will try a fresh install and see but this is really disappointing. No trading tomorrow while I work on NT. I think this all stems from the historical null exceptions when using tick replay. I wish stability was more of a priority.
