Chart not progressing in playback

    Chart not progressing in playback

    I am trying to run a playback. I am only using data, date and time that I am told is available. I set the date and time to when I want to start. The chart goes to the time just before the date I wish to start running. The data box showing the current date and time proceeds but nothing is displayed on the chart. Any idea what I am doing wrong???

    Thank you for posting.

    So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20180107.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
