Incorrect Data from kinetick to Brazilian BMF

I have just subscribed to kinetick market data but the data that is shown on the superdom is completely crazy for the Brazilian BMF exchange.
The instrument I am looking is DOL 02-18.
In the screenshot I show the correct data from another plataform I have and the incorrect data from kinetick + NinjaTrader 8.
The times and sales data seems to be all right.
I have already tried the kinetick support and they doesn´t know what to do.
Does anyone had the same problem ? How was it solved ?

We spoke to Kinetick and they are aware of an issue with bid/ask data coming from the provider of DOL. We will have more information at a later time.

Ok.
I am talking to kinetick also but nothing seems to work.
I realized that none of the instruments from BMF are working :
DOL, WDO, IND, WIN, etc.
Tomorrow i will try to install ninja trader 7 and see if the problem is due to ninja 8 or kinetick.

I tried another market provider (Cedro) and it worked.
Unfortunately Cedro service is too slow, but the data is correct.
So, the conclusion is that the problem is with kinetick.
I will have to cancel the kinetick service.

Cedro service also has problems. The chart stops responding and this does not happen with kinetick.
I will try the IQFeed now.
