    The Mouse is moving too fast when using Crosshair "Global"

    Hi Everyone,

    i have ninja trader 8 installed on W10 via Parallels Desktop (i am using Mac OS X).

    When i want to use Crosshair "Global" then my mouse is moving (bigger sensitivity) incredibly fast over graph, but when i switch off the crosshair, then everything is just fine.

    Could anyone help me, please?

    Thank you.

    Hello Filip,

    Am I correct you have the global cross hair selected in multiple charts? Subsequently when you move the cursor in for example a 60 Minute chart, you see the cursor move very fast in a 1 Minute chart? If so, this would be as expected behavior for the global cross hair. Selecting the Local cross hair or Global (No Time Scroll) will prevent this.

        Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the locations below.

        Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->log

        Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->trace

        Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please pit 'Att Jason, The Mouse is moving too fast when using Crosshair "Global"' in the subject header.

            I also faced the same problem with Parallels 12. After I upgraded to Parallels 13, the problem disappears.

            What version of Parallels are you using?

            Regards

              Hi. I have the same problem. When I activate the local or global mouse, the sensitivity increases until it becomes uncontrollable. My version of parallels is 14.1.3 (45485). The NT8 version is 8.0.19.1 64-bit. Thank you.
